Tendering Activity: Developing BOQ, Pricing of the Project, Coordination with the tendering team.
Planning & Mobilization: Developing work plans includes defining task, allocating resources and time frames. Conducting site surveys & establishing onsite working environment etc.
Execution: Executing all projects, Managing suppliers, resources and work progress. Keeping complete control of materials flow on the site to avoid wastage of materials. Making works reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensuring updating of projects records and implementation of HSE Policies. Procurement of spares and materials required for project. Reporting directly to Electrical Manager on daily basis
